Chicken Pasta Salad

This Chicken Pasta Salad is a perfect blend of flavors and textures. It's loaded with tender chicken, pasta, fresh vegetables, and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put the cooked pasta and diced chicken breast in a large bowl


Put the feta cheese, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and cherry tomatoes in the bowl


To make the dressing, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl with a whisk


Add pepper and salt to taste


Pour the dressing over the salad, then toss it all together to cover it all


Add fresh basil as a garnish


Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it

    • 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced

    • 1 can 15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
